– Develop a professionalization action plan.
– Develop a package of SOPs covering administrative, operational, and financial aspects.
– Develop organizational structure and human resources plan.
– Conduct job and competency analysis.
– Develop daily monitoring templates.
– Build a performance indicators system.
– Assess requirements for ISO 9001 certification.
